BBQ Cooking School
We are thrilled to announce the opening of our fully kitted out BBQ Cooking School. Held at our new purpose-built BBQ School on site at our ever-growing shop in Old Woking, we can't wait to welcome you. The school features 6 individual kitchen stations, each with its own Big Green Egg Charcoal BBQ, in addition to the teaching station. With a max of 12 BBQers for each course, you'll be paired up with a maximum of 1 other person to learn together.
Classes will be led by Nick Snelling - legendary British pitmaster, and part of the two-man BBQ team, Silverback Grillers. An all around great guy, Nick has been cooking over fire for around 30 years and has a massive passion to share his knowledge and love of BBQ with those starting out on their BBQ journey, along with sharing more advanced techniques with those who want to push their skills to the next level.
Arrive in plenty of time for a welcoming hot drink and bacon roll! We are currently offering 5 class options as well as a gift voucher which can be claimed against any of our classes...
Our current classes include:
- Charcoal BBQ Fundamentals (3 Hours) - for those who have just purchased their BBQ and have little or no knowledge.
- Gas BBQ Fundamentals (3 Hours) - to guide new gas bbq purchasers from temperature control to set up and more...
- Charcoal BBQ Grilling (4 Hours) - a specialist class to take your grilling skills to the next level - big steaks and more!
- Charcoal BBQ Roasting (4 Hours) - a specialist class on roasting - learn how to cook a whole roast dinner on the BBQ!
- Charcoal BBQ Baking (4 Hours) - a specialist class on baking - bake bread, cakes & puddings all on the BBQ...
- Charcoal BBQ Masterclass (6 Hours) - take it up a notch or two enabling you to turn your hand to any type of cooking for all occasions.
