This is a slimmed down version of our full Masterclass, aimed at those who want to push their cooking skills to the next level but don't have the time to spare for the full 6 hour course.
With this course we will enable you to turn your hand to any type of cooking for all occasions. We will prepare and cook some delicious food throughout the 4 hours, showing you how to set and use your BBQ for any type of cook. Our aim is you will return home a more Competent cook, and will impress your family and friends with your new found BBQ skills!
