OFYR Pizza Oven 100
The OFYR Pizza Oven 100 is the perfect way to turn any OFYR 100 range BBQ into an outdoor pizza oven. The OFYR Pizza Oven will include a double-sided cast-iron plate which can be used as a grill or a pizza stone which will sit on top. The double steel cloche can be closed using the rotating outer layer via the control knob on top of the oven and the cast iron plate has ventilation holes that helps the heat circulate from the OFYR Cooking Unit to the oven, which will help heat and cook the pizza faster.
The Pizza Oven can be used as a regular oven by taking out the pizza stone and flipping the cast-iron grill to the textured side for use as and oven/grill. The temperature can be controlled using the knob on the roof which rotates the outer layer to open or close the cloche to increase and decrease the air flow.
Please use caution when turning knob during cooking as it will be quite hot.
