Hood 2 - The smaller hood on the right-hand side of the Pro825 offers two Sizzle Zone Bottom Burners and a warmer burner. This means you can sear your meat at an extremely high temperature before turning on the warmer burner to keep everything piping while preparing the rest of your meal. 

Lighting these burners is a breeze with the quality Jet Fire Ignition System. 

All this magic under the hoods is finished off with 9.5mm Wave designed Stainless Steel Cooking Grids and dual level stainless steel sear plates with enforced hangers. These will give years of use and will stand up to the harshest treatment you can give them.
