The Kadai BBQ Hot Plate sits on top of the Holi Grill and is available in 3 different sizes to fit perfectly on the grill. There are no limits as to your culinary creations using the Hot Plate from steaks and burgers, to veggies and eggs. Cleverly curved so that the hole in the Holi Grill can still be accessed. The handmade mild steel construction is a master at heat retention and even distribution.
