The turning peel is a great addition to your accessories, it allows you to turn your pizza with ease so it cooks evenly in your pizza oven. The thin peel makes sliding underneath the pizza base easy! whether it's a thick Neapolitan or a thin and crispy base. Rotate your pizza 45° to get an even golden colour.
The patented Alfa turning peel is adjustable to three different sizes which makes it perfect for all size ovens.
