The must-have accessory for wood-fire or charcoal cooking on the new Gozney Dome/XL Gen 2.
This add-on delivers precision airflow giving you temperature control like you are using the gas feature. From roasting to smoking, this will help infuse the wood or charcoal smoke into your everyday dishes. Comes with a heavy-gauge stainless steel wood rack and an interchangeable USB-C rechargeable battery.
The Wood-Fire Control Kit is compatible with both the Dome Gen 2 and XL version.
The wood rack is compatible with all Pizza Peels when using the Dome XL Gen 2 and compatible with standard and large (12" and 14") Peels when using the Dome Gen 2.
