Gozney Balance Placement Peel 14"
The Balance Placement Peel, with its combination of a soft Beech wood handle and a lightweight aluminium blade, is a sturdy placement peel that makes it easier and more controlled to launch pizzas. The blade's flattened nose improves stability and lessens side-to-side swaying while sliding or launching pizzas into the oven, ensuring that your masterpiece maintains its shape. The metal is perforated, allowing more flour to fall through and create a wonderful crust without tasting burnt. The wood handle's ergonomic design brings the centre of gravity closer to the hand for increased control.

Please note: The 14" Balance Placement Peel is not suitable for use with the Gozney Roccbox.
