Gozney Pro Placement Peel 14"
The Pro Placement Peel was created with advice from top Gozney pizza chefs and is tailored especially for those who wish to make the best pizza possible. Maximum flour dispersion is made possible with a fully perforated blade, which eliminates the possibility of extra flour building up on the pizza's bottom and burning while it cooks. You can consistently create a flawless circle shape to your dough because of the blade's rounded form. The aluminium handle's chiselled construction features slanted edges for a secure grip and a curved underside allows the pizza to slip easily through the hand when being launched.
Please note: The Pro Placement Peel 14" is not suitable for use in the Gozney Roccbox.
