The Gozney Infrared Thermometer is the ideal way to measure your pizza ovens stone floor for the ideal cooking temperature. The thermometer is wirless precise and easy to use. This means that you will never need to guess the timing for creating the prefect pizza
The recommended temperature range for the perfect pizza is 400-500 degrees C - This should get you the perfect pizza in around 60 seconds!
