HORL3 Diamond Standard
The HORL3 Diamond Standard is perfect for efficiently grinding your knives providing that new level of sharpness. The HORL3 Diamond standard is pre-installed on all HORL3 Sharpeners, so this can be bought as a replacement for that.
The HORL3 Diamond Disc is for the fast initial sharpening of your knives. You will use this to grind any knives of any hardness to give them that high quality sharpness you have come to expect from HORL, again insured by the extremely durable block diamonds. These block diamonds on the HORL3 achieve up to 80% more steel removal compared to the HORL2 making your sharpening experience even faster resulting in a more uniform grind.
The Diamond Standard provides efficient results time and time again, a few excess diamond particles will flake off during its first use. The grinding disc will then achieve its optimum roughness, which remains constant during subsequent use. Used correctly, the disc should not need replacing.
With the HORL Quick Lock the HORL3 Diamond Standard is easy to twist on and off allowing the easy interchange of the grinding discs.
Suitable for the HORL ®3 and HORL ®3 Pro.
Not compatible with the HORL ®2 sharpeners.
