The perfect scraper for removing hardened food residue from tricky places in Dutch ovens and skillets. Confidently clean cast and wrought iron without fear of damaging the surface as it adjusts to the inside of cooking pans. The scraper is heat proof up to 120°C and made of food safe plastic, it can also handily double as a dough scraper and divider.
For best results allow pans to cool and soak before scraping, no need for dish soap. Rinse and dry, then treat thoroughly before storing.
