Book our Christmas BBQ course, and learn the skills and techniques to cook a full roast turkey with all the sides and more, all on a Big Green Egg! We will work together on group cooks of both roast turkey and ham and then individually cook up the delicious sides on our fleet of Big Green Eggs & accessories...
