Big Green Egg Bamboo Pizza Peel & Screen
Made from bamboo - a hard, dense, highly durable but lightweight wood - this peel is a perfect tool for moving pizza and bread into and out of your EGG.
The peel comes with a pizza screen: a 31cm-diameter aluminium mesh, the holes of which allow hot air to circulate all the way around the dough, resulting in a quicker baking time and a crispy, even cooked base.
A fast-growing hard grass that quickly and easily replenishes itself, bamboo is a sustainable, renewable resource.
