Kadai Asado Cross
The Kadai Asado Cross has been uniquely adapted from the traditional Argentine Asado Cross and handmade from solid mild steel. The Asado Cross is primarily used for slow cooking large joints of meat over open flames. Simple and easy to use, the Asado Cross just clamps to the rim of the 70cm or 80cm Kadai Fire Pit and tighten with the screws. Meat and fish can be attached to the cross on the adjustable arm with the 'S' hooks supplied or wire. The arm can be raised or lowered and rotated as desired to control the temperature and cook evenly on both sides.
