Kadai Charcoal Maker
The Kadai Charcoal Maker, a winner of the 'RHS Sustainable Product of the Year Award' is a fantastic addition to any enthusiasts tool kit.
The Charcoal Maker is simple and easy to use, simply fill the drum with wood and place it in the centre of the fire. Once the drum starts to produce steam you know that all the moisture in the wood is being released. After two hours you can remove the Charcoal maker from the fire and allow it to cool. The important part of this process is not to open the drum until it is completely cool, if the charcoal is still slightly warm it will start to slowly burn on its own.
Once fully cool you are safe to open the Charcoal Maker with the opening tool and enjoy using your very own brand of Charcoal!
