The Petromax Chef's Knife is traditionally hand crafted in Solingen, also known as 'The city of knives' for it's long history of blade craftmanship.
The Carving Knife really is a great kitchen companion with its tapered design, enabling thinner or thicker slicing as desired without having to add unnecessary pressure to the blade. The precision blade is 24cm long and has been treated with an Oxide Layer which will protect the blade from corrosion. The Petromax knife is perfect for the high demands of camp fire cooking being durable and finished to the highest standard, it can handle anything you throw at it, meat and vegetables or fruits.
