Tubby Toms Lone Star
Tubby Toms Lone Star is Tubby Tom's new and improved brisket rub based and inspired by the Texas BBQ flavour. The idea behind the Lone Star is to create a crunchy rub that will amplify the briskets flavour while not flavouring it with anything too distracting.
The flavour of the rub itself is a pepper, smoked salt and garlic, this blend again enhances your brisket flavour without being in your face.
