One of our series of courses exploring legendary BBQ dishes from around the world, our Middle Eastern Masterclass will cover some of the most beloved dishes from this area of the world and how to build flavours through spices and combinations, cooked over fire all on our fleet of Big Green Eggs!
We will also explore efficient ways of using your Egg along with some of the accessories available. Examples of some of the dishes we will cook are below:
